These terms apply to your use of this website (the "Site") at public.anviq.net. By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it. The Site is operated by Anviq LLC ("Anviq", "we", "us").

1. What this Site is

The Site is the website for Anviq's work with public and institutional bodies. It describes our standards and terms and lets you send a scope or book a call. It is an informational and marketing website. Any engagement is provided separately under a written agreement.

2. Terms we offer to public bodies, and this Site

We offer a free written assessment of your scope, including the accessibility and privacy of your current site.

The price in a bid we submit holds through delivery. Nothing changes without your written approval.

Any WCAG 2.1 AA failure found in the final verification audit is fixed at no extra cost. Entity and tax documents, such as a W-9, are provided on request.

These points describe the terms we offer in a bid. They are not a contract. Where an award is made, the contract and the procurement documents govern over anything on the Site.

3. No guaranteed outcome

Nothing on the Site is a guarantee, forecast or promise of a specific result, timeline or cost saving. Descriptions of past work illustrate the kind of engineering we deliver, not a commitment that a future engagement will produce the same outcome. Scope, cost and result are set out in a separate written agreement.

4. No reliance

We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. The Site is provided "as is". Do not rely on it as the sole basis for a business or procurement decision. Speak to us for current details.

5. Who the Site is for

The Site is intended for businesses and public bodies, not consumers, and is not directed at anyone in a jurisdiction where its content would be unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics and the Anviq name and mark, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without our permission.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to Calendly for booking and to our other sites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of other sites. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or from reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at Anviq's place of establishment, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory local-law rights you may have.
