This policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with this website (the "Site") at public.anviq.net, the website for Anviq's work with public and institutional bodies. It describes our standards and terms and lets you send a scope or book a call. It covers the Site only. 1. Who we are

2. What the Site collects

The Site is a static informational website. We collect the minimum. We run no advertising trackers and build no profiles of visitors.

What you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write.
Booking a call. The booking button takes you to Calendly, which is a separate service. Calendly collects your name, email address and scheduling details under its own privacy policy, and shares the booking with us. The booking link includes a tag naming this Site and the button you used, so we know which page led to the booking.
Server logs. Our hosting and content delivery provider automatically processes limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your request, to deliver the pages and keep the Site secure.
Traffic statistics. We may use cookie-free traffic statistics from our hosting provider. They count visits and do not follow you across other sites.

The Site loads its fonts and code from itself, not from a third-party font or script provider. It sets no cookies. See the cookie policy.

3. Why we use your data

To answer your message or booking. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
To run, secure and maintain the Site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a safe, working website.
To meet legal obligations where they apply.

We do not rely on consent for anything, because the Site sets no cookies. If that changes we will ask first.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Site and respond to you: our hosting and content delivery provider, Calendly for bookings, and our email provider. We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK and the EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK and EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where they apply, the EU-US and UK-US Data Privacy Framework. Ask us for more detail at the address above.

6. How long we keep data

We keep correspondence and booking details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records and legal obligations, then delete them. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider under its own policies.

7. Your rights in the UK and EU

You can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its use, and provide it in a portable form. Email lvoss@anviq.net. You can also complain to your data protection authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK (ico.org.uk) or the supervisory authority in your EU country.

8. Your rights in the United States

Depending on your state, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We do not sell or share personal information and do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We collect identifiers (such as name, email and IP address) and basic internet activity (server log data). We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
